Arts Education Peer-to-Peer Mentorship
The BANF Arts Education Peer-to-Peer Mentorship (AEPPM) program is designed for BIPOC founded and led arts organizations which are interested in building or deepening their K-12 arts education programming. This cohort-based capacity building experience includes guided, network building with resource sharing strategies, and technical supports over the course of 18 months. Organizations within the cohort are paired based on areas where they would like to strengthen capacities and will share and learn from one another as well as the larger cohort. Organizations are provided a $10,000 stipend for participating in the cohort as well as an opportunity to pursue additional funding for direct program support during their participation.

If you would like to stay in the loop on these offerings, please sign up for notifications.
The AEPPM program will include a Technical Supports Workshop Series which focuses on a variety of topic areas which are key to building and sustaining impactful K-12 arts education programming. The workshop series will be open to arts administrators and teaching artists in the Greater Houston area.
